Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30-day returns You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it.

Change of mind The item must be unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund (or send a replacement, your choice). Email us at support@byakari.co with a photo and your order number within 30 days of receiving the item.
